Riding fast, on questionable roads, on a rickety cart, with no body protection, equals our favorite idiot of the week. In the corner of the video you can see a helmet sitting all alone in the back of the vehicle. But why bother putting that sucker on, it might impede your vision and hide the fact that the cart you’re being pulled in has no brakes.
Also, if you look closely, you might notice the driver appears to be wearing an eye patch. Apparently this isn’t his first idiotic rodeo.
