How Far Would You Go To Cover The World’s Most Boring News Story?

Monday July 6, 2009 8:26 AM

What defines a slow news day? Perhaps a televised news show doing 20 minutes on pot holes, or interviewing a 100 year old women about her potato salad? What if a news show put all their efforts into a story about a wandering bear? So you put all your eggs into that basket and realize it a much duller story than initially thought. Now what? Well, you can recreate the World’s most boring story with a cardboard cut out of an alleged bear and show how it climbs up a tree, or flees back into the wood.

If that gets boring, you always have the conversation about its poop.
